The name
Anant — the endless.
Beej — the root sound.
In mantra shastra, a beej is a single syllable that holds an entire deity, an entire chakra, an entire field of energy inside it. Nothing is added to it. It is simply sounded — and what was always there unfolds.
That is the whole premise of this practice. I do not install anything in you. I work with breath, with the ancestral line you inherited without consenting to it, and with the mirror the twin flame holds up — until the interference clears and your own root sound is audible again.
